Chef Caterina Di Luccia grew up cooking in her family’s seaside hotel Il Cefalo, just outside of Positano on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
Since 1997, Chef, along with her siblings opened up their restaurant, Trattoria Positano in Cardiff-By-The-Sea.
Additionally, Chef Caterina creates specialty catering for events large and small with offerings of delicious appetizers, entrees, soups and desserts for those including those requesting Vegetarian • Gluten Free • Low Sugar • Low Salt • Low Fat. (Please note that neither the kitchen nor any equipment is Kosher.)
Chef Caterina's husband, Michael Riggio has been a consultant in the wine and spirits sector for over 30 years and provides a curated menu of wines, cocktails and/or digestivi to complement your next lunch, dinner, event or celebration.
